Main Responsibilities:
- Support HR Team for work permit issues
- Payment Management
- Responsible for the invitation letter
- In charge of attendance management
- Management of the Business card and the badges of our employees
- Responsible for the management of insurances
- Responsible for the Talent Acquisition and the allocation administration of the interns
- HR administration
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
- Displayed ability to perform effectively within the various roles of a team.
- Skills including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
